The registration fee includes: participation in the conference, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee and tea breaks, welcome party and conference dinner, excursion.

Students are requested to provide copy of student ID for registration.

Financial Support

It is our pleasure to inform you that Shizuoka University is willing to support and encourage students and young researchers to attend inter-Academia 2012 by full- or partial-support of registration fee.

Those applying for a grant shall send an application letter (e-mail) to office@trivent.hu until 20th July including
1, proof of accepted paper
2, proof of submitted final paper and completed registration (with filled in payment form)
3, type and amount of support
4, proof of studentship or young researcher ship (under age 40).

You will be announced about the decision by the end of July.

Important dates and deadlines:

May 27, 2012 Extended abstract submission and special session proposal

June 25, 2012 Extended notification of acceptance

July 29, 2012 Final manuscript and early payment
