The hotel is well known for its thermal baths where you can swim during your free time.

Language

The official language of the conference will be English. No translation will be provided.

Weather:

The weather in August is generally warm and dry. During the day the temperature ranges from 22 to 28 °C.

Travel:

Budapest can easily be reached by air or train from all major European cities. An Airport Minibus service is available from the airports to each hotel. The cost for one fare is approx. 3500 HUF. Railway Stations are connected with Public Transport. Trams, metros and buses operate without conductors. Tickets must be purchased in advance at metro stations and validated by the passengers at the punching machines. Taxi service is easily available in the city. Electricity supply:

In Hungary electricity is supplied at 220V, 50Hz. The outlet and plug are the same as in most European countries.

Insurance:

Participants should arrange health, travel and car insurance prior to departure. The organizers do not assume responsibility for loss, injury or damage to persons and belongings however caused.

Banking and postal facilities:

Banks are generally open from 8.15 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and are closed on Saturday and Sunday. There are plenty of cash automata (except for Amex).
Post offices are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

Proceedings:

All accepted papers for oral and poster presentations will be published in the conference proceedings that will be distributed at the registration. The condition for publication of a paper is that at least one of the authors should register and pay for the conference. Additional copies can be purchased at the Registration Desk.

IEEE Membership desk:

An IEEE membership desk has been set up in the registration area for promoting IEEE membership among the attendance and in order to get new memberships.
