After three succsessful editions in Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt, the Scientific Orgainizing Committee of ISCIII'11 invites you to partcipate in the fifth edition in the enchanting capital of Malta, Valleta, a venue chosen to enhance interaction between participants as well as give the events an appropriate setting. The conference is encouraging high quality innovative papers and is commited to facilitate encounters and exchanges among the top researches in the field.
