From the Budapest Airport an Airport Minibus service is available to any destination, so you can take it to Nyugati (Western) Railway Station from where you can take the train to Szeged. You can also take a taxi to the rail station: there are airport taxies (Fotaxi) which will take you to the station with approximately 6000 HUF (approx. 22 EUR).
