Invitation
After two successful editions in Tunisia and one in Morocco, the Scientific Orgainizing Committee (SOC) of ISCIII '09 invites you to participate to the fourth edition in the enchanting Egypt, from Luxor to Asuan, a venue chosen to enhance interaction between participants as well as give the events an appropriate setting. The SOC also invites you to the two day workshop on Applied Computational Intelligence that will take place on 19 and 20 October in Hurghada. Both the conference and the workshop are encouraging high quality innovative papers and are committed to facilitate encounters and exchanges among the top researches in the field.
