1. Venue
       The IEEE – SOFA conference will be held at Novotel Hotel in Szeged and Continental Hotel in Arad.

2. Language
       The official language of the conference will be English.

3. Best Student Paper Competition
       All the papers mentioned as student papers will participate in the Best Student Paper Competition. A committee will be evaluating them during the conference.
       The award will be given during dinner, on the 29th of August.

4. Internet room
       The Internet room will be available only at the Continental Hotel during the conference.

5. Tax for accompanying persons
       The tax for accompanying persons will be 100 EUR. The fee can be paid at the registration desk either in Szeged or Arad.

6. Social programs (included in the registration fee)
