Travel

For the Conference
The easiest way to reach Aswan, where the cruise starts, is by air from Cairo. Therefore, you will need one airplane ticket to Cairo, then another one from Cairo to Aswan Airport, where you will be transferred to the Nile cruise for embarkation. Fort he travel back you will need a ticket from Luxor to Cairo

Accommodation
3 nights on Ms Elite Nile Cruise (or similar) + one night a 5 stars hotel in Luxor

• Single room: 950 EUR
• Double room: 560 EUR/person

Language
The symposium language is English, no translation is provided.

Presentations
Presentations can be made by using either OHP or data projector. All authors are kindly asked to upload their presentation from a CD or USB to the computer in the conference room during the breaks. For presenting a paper it is advisable not to use own computer.

Registration Desk
The registration desk will be open during the whole event.

IEEE Membership Desk
An IEEE membership desk has been set up in the registration area for promoting IEEE membership among the attendance and in order to get new memberships.
